Instructions

For Rigid Scope/s being sent for repair, please follow these steps:

1. Review the shipping / packing slip to confirm YOUR shipping address
   
   
2. Be sure to disinfect all medical devices
   
   
3. Print out the completed packing slip and place in the box with the item/s
   
   
4. Send the equipment, previously authorized, using the prepaid FedEx shipping label
   
   
5. Be certain to securely pack the item/s being sent in for repair in a box with packing to minimize chance of further damage during shipping
   
   
6. Please note - All scope repairs must be prepaid
